This privacy policy applies to the PremiumTV App (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by PremiumTV (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages

• The total time spent on the Application

• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important updates, required notices, and promotional content.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email, Name, and Address. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application and the Service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies:

• Google Play Services

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Firebase Crashlytics

• One Signal

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law (e.g., to comply with legal process),

• when disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud,

• with trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider and adhere to this Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. You may use your device’s standard uninstall processes or do so via the application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.

If you would like the Service Provider to delete data you have provided, please contact them at PremiumTVapp@gmail.com and they will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

If a child under 13 has provided personal data, it will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians aware of such cases are encouraged to contact the Service Provider at: PremiumTVapp@gmail.com

Security

The Service Provider values your trust in providing personal information and is committed to safeguarding it. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are in place to protect the data.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the Application is deemed acceptance of any updates.
