These Terms and Conditions apply to the PremiumTV App (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, created by PremiumTV (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a free service.

Agreement

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the following Terms. It is strongly recommended that you read these Terms carefully before using the Application.

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted.

All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

Service Use

The Service Provider is committed to ensuring the Application remains reliable and efficient. They reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time, with prior notice of any charges.

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the service. You are responsible for securing your phone and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged, as it may compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.

Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Examples include:

• Google Play Services

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Firebase Crashlytics

• One Signal

Limitations of Liability

The Service Provider cannot be held responsible in the following cases:

• If the Application fails due to lack of internet access or limited mobile data.

• If your mobile provider charges additional fees (including roaming data charges).

• If your device runs out of battery while using the Application.

While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, they rely on third-party sources for some information. Therefore, no liability is accepted for losses (direct or indirect) caused by reliance on the Application.

Updates and Termination

The Application may require updates to remain compatible with your device. You agree to accept such updates when offered.

The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application at any time without notice. In such cases:

• All rights and licenses granted to you will end.

• You must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Updates will be posted here.
