1. Trial Period

All customers are encouraged to use the 7-day free trial to explore the application’s features and confirm that it meets their expectations.

During the trial, you can test the application’s ability to read and play valid M3U URLs / XTREAM CODES.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only granted under the following circumstances:

• Application Crash: The app fails to open or repeatedly crashes despite proper installation and usage.

• M3U URL / XTREAM CODES Playback Issues: The app cannot read a valid and functional M3U URL / XTREAM CODES that works on other compatible applications.

• Technical Issues: Unresolvable technical issues that prevent normal usage of the application.

⚠️ Note: The M3U URL / XTREAM CODES provided must be valid and confirmed to work on other platforms. Refund requests due to invalid or incorrect URLs will not be accepted.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Failure to test the app during the trial period.

• User error, such as incorrect input of M3U URLs / XTREAM CODES or improper setup.

• Any situation not covered under the Refund Conditions section.

4. Refund Process

If you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

• Your MAC Address or proof of purchase.

• A detailed description of the issue (screenshots or logs if available).

• Proof that the M3U URL / XTREAM CODES work on other applications.

Our team will investigate and respond within 5–7 business days.

If the issue is confirmed and cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
